Purchasing Guidelines

• Processing and Shipping: Orders are dispatched according to the delivery schedule, shipping within 1 – 2 days from the warehouse. Bulk orders may require an additional 2 – 4 days for processing. Late payments may result in your order being moved to the next batch. International deliveries typically take 5 – 7 days to arrive.
• Payments: Full payment is required in cryptocurrency, with confirmation within an hour. Prices are listed in USD and include shipping. The exact amount will be shown at checkout due to cryptocurrency volatility. Prices are subject to market fluctuations.

Shipping Details

• Shipping Priority: Orders are shipped on a first-paid, first-served basis after full payment is received.
• Logistics Providers: We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other internationally recognized carriers to deliver globally.
• Expected Delivery Time: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
• A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
• Order status will appear in your account under the “Orders” section:
  • Awaiting Payment – Payment not yet confirmed.
  • Paid – Payment successfully received.
  • Processing – Order being prepared, tested, and handed over to the carrier.
  • Shipping – Package with carrier and in transit.
  • Completed – Delivered successfully.

Taxes and Customs

• If you require DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, it may be available in select countries, covering customs, duties, and taxes in the price. This must be arranged in advance and depends on the destination country. For inquiries, contact our team at support@pineconeminer.org.
• For countries without DDP, we can help reduce taxes by providing a lower invoice value. Notify us promptly if your customs authority requests any documents to avoid delays or extra fees. Our experienced team is available to assist with the required documentation.
