At Pinecone Technology Limited, customer satisfaction, product integrity, and transparency are core priorities.
Because our ASIC mining hardware is highly specialized and designed for professional use, please read the following Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of ASIC miners, mining components, and related equipment are considered final.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we generally do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order reversals.
Returns or refunds are only accepted under the limited conditions described below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if all of the following are true:
- The product is dead on arrival (DOA), or has a
major manufacturing defect not caused by handling, misuse, or installation errors. - You notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
- You provide clear photo or video evidence demonstrating the issue.
Once verified, our team will assess your case and provide next steps.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Equipment that has been used, opened, modified, or altered
- Damage due to improper installation, incorrect voltage, or use of non-compliant power sources
- Physical damage due to mishandling, moisture, dust, or insufficient ventilation
- Damage caused by electrical surges, unstable power, or failure to follow product guidelines
- Units affected by third-party firmware or unauthorized modifications
4. Warranty & Replacement Support
If your miner is defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist with repair or replacement according to the warranty terms specified on the product listing.
Warranty claims may require:
- Diagnostic testing
- Serial number verification
- Proof of purchase
Defects caused by user error, environmental issues, or serial number tampering are not covered under warranty.
5. Return Process
If your return request is approved:

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15%, depending on:
- Condition of the returned product
- Missing accessories or packaging
- Evidence of use or modification
This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
7. Refund Method & Timeline
If a refund is authorized:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Refund processing typically occurs within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
8. Shipping & Customs Disclaimer
All orders ship from our authorized warehouses in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Before ordering, ensure that your local customs and import regulations allow the import of cryptocurrency mining hardware.
Pinecone Miner is not responsible for delays, duties, holds, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.

If your product arrives with visible damage from shipping:
- Inspect immediately upon delivery
- Notify us within 10 days of delivery
