4. Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Services

In select countries, Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service may be available, covering customs duties, taxes, and fees in the delivery price.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

After your order is dispatched, you will receive:

6. Shipping Restrictions & Personal Pickup

Pinecone Miner does not offer personal pickup at any warehouse or facility. This policy ensures:

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives with visible damage, you should:

  1. Inspect the package immediately upon delivery

Pinecone Miner will assist with claims for damaged or lost shipments when processed through insured carriers.
