Shipping and Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide, except to countries affected by conflict, such as Syria, Yemen, and Afghanistan.
We use DHL and UPS for our international shipments, as they provide reliable and fast delivery services.
Orders are dispatched according to the delivery schedule, shipping within 2–4 days from the warehouse. Bulk orders may require an additional 1–2 days for processing.
Late payments may result in your order being moved to the next batch. International deliveries typically take 5–7 business days to arrive.
Yes. Tracking information is usually provided within one working day.
A tracking number or ID is a unique combination of numbers and/or letters assigned to your shipment for tracking its status and location.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our store that includes your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the locatiob & delivery progress in real time.

Tracking information is typically available within 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Track & Trace ID. Updates usually begin once the shipment has been processed and scanned at our logistics facility.

Please ensure the tracking number you entered meets the required format:
Minimum length: 5 characters
Allowed separators (for multiple entries): comma, space, tab, or semicolon
Avoid: unsupported special characters or extra whitespace
If you’re using our tracking form, please note that the system will only recognize tracking numbers that have been issued and assigned after your order is marked as “Completed” or “Shipped”—either by us or one of our authorized distribution partners.
If your tracking number isn’t working or returns no results, it may take 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking data to appear.

If the return was not initiated by the user, reshipment will be arranged. If it was initiated by the user, it will be handled per the purchase contract.

Issues with mining machines
Maintain a stable network and suitable ambient temperature.
Network connection issues may lead to a high pool rejection rate or high device temperature, causing low hashrate.
If needed, it can be replaced by the user.
Replace the power cable and test. If the issue persists, replace the power supply.
Ensure good ventilation. The recommended ambient temperature is below 40°C.
Yes, but it is recommended to operate in environments below 40°C.
Access the management backend page to check device status.
If the control board can provide hashrate normally, it is functioning properly.
The backend web page can be mapped to the public network. Use the public IP address to access it directly.
During normal operation, the noise level is around 40–50 dB. Please determine whether the noise is from the power supply fan.
The fan is a general accessory. As long as the size and power supply meet the requirements, it can be installed.

Generally, firmware upgrades improve device efficiency.
Press and hold the Reset button on the machine to restore factory settings.
Use the client to scan. If the device cannot be found, check whether it is on the same network as the miner. If the issue persists, contact the supplier or official after-sales.
Lower the overall operating temperature with cooling devices, negative pressure fans, or additional vents.
